LAYERED DRINKS: B-52

Drink Memorization Tip: The B-52 is expected to be layered. The video below will demonstrate how to layer this drink.

B-52 (Layered Drink)

1/3 oz. Kahlua
1/3 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
1/3 oz. Grand Mariner

Unfortunately the colored water will not layer. You will need real alcohol to practice your layering skills. A good bartending tip is to wash your hands as often as possible. Your hands are always dirty from accepting money, so wash often.

Layered drinks are poured directly into the shot glass.
Pour 1/3 oz. Kahlua, layer 1/3 oz. of Bailey's Irish Creme, and layer 1/3 oz. Grand Mariner.
Serve on a napkin. Shooters do not have stir sticks added.

CONGRATULATIONS! You just completed your first layered drink, the B-52! Review the video if you have problems. When you are ready, go on to the last drink, the Blow Job, which can also be served layered.
